so plans have changed again. we're probably not buying pa's house. which ultimately for me is a good thing. i don't want to buy that house. i want to buy a house that we like and want. i want us to have the things we are looking for in a home.

dave's mom said that we would have say in the house, in the things we wanted to see in the house, now she's put in the exact opposite bathroom vanity of what we discussed and painted the walls beige and put in beige carpet! why is she doing this to us? because i feel like she doesn't care about us. she doesn't care what we want, that we would like to keep the house in the family.

the real estate lady said to put the house on the market for 265, 000 but expect to take 250, 000. i'd be surprised if they get that much, BEIGE?!?!?! no hard wood??? that's fucking ridiculous.
